2. Hosting
We host our website with a professional hosting provider. Personal data is stored on the hoster's servers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA).

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with GDPR, BDSG and TTDSG.
Storage Duration

Automatically collected: browser type/version, OS, referrer URL, hostname, time, IP address. Not merged with other sources. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact Form
Your details (name, email, message) are stored for processing. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (checkbox consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Deletion: After processing, unless retention obligations apply. Revocation: By email to info@film-scan.com.
Order Data
Collected: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, payment method, order details, IP address, GDPR consent timestamp.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (tax retention).
Storage: 10 years (§ 147 AO) or 6 years (§ 257 HGB). After expiry: automatic anonymization.
Disclosure: To shipping providers (name/address only for delivery). No sale to third parties.
Payment Processing
For bank transfer, bank details are used only for payment allocation. For PayPal, the privacy policy of PayPal Ireland Ltd. additionally applies.
5. Analytics Tools and Advertising
We currently do not use any analytics tools or tracking software. If tools are implemented in the future, this will only happen with your prior consent (Google Consent Mode v2). The cookie banner already supports this.

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption. Recognizable by "https://" and the lock symbol.
