How should I pack my media?

Pack firmly and shock-safe; protect reels/tapes individually. Write your order number on the parcel. Optional: use our pickup service.

Is there a minimum length?

Yes – it depends on the format (e.g. Super 8 often from 15 m). The configurator applies minimum billing automatically.

How long does processing take?

Standard turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks after goods receipt. Express/priority options shorten processing subject to capacity.

Do you accept nitrate film?

Nitrate stock (mostly 35 mm) only by arrangement and with a surcharge. Please contact us first – safety comes first.
